  • Intake information: nickname, age, preferred pronouns, marital status, time zone, and preferred communication method, collected only for 1:1 coaching clients

  • Payment information, processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details

  • Any information you share with us through inquiry forms, consultations, or coaching sessions

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, schedule, and manage coaching services, group programs, and consultations

  • Communicate with you about appointments, reminders, and program updates

  • Process payments for services purchased

Text Message (SMS) Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Second Wave Coaching related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and limit access to it to those who need it to provide our services. Coaching session content is treated as confidential, though please note coaching is not a legally privileged or clinically confidential relationship in the way licensed therapy is.
