Welcome to Second Wave Coaching. By booking a session, purchasing a package, joining a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services

Second Wave Coaching provides life and career coaching services, including 1:1 coaching, group coaching, group membership programs, and marketing consultation services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to supporting your growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or income from any coaching, group program, or marketing consultation service. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Payments and Packages

Payment is required in full or according to the agreed payment plan before services begin, unless otherwise stated. Session packages are non-transferable. Please refer to your specific service page or agreement for cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of what you share during coaching sessions and will not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law or to prevent harm. This is a professional courtesy, not a legally privileged relationship as with a licensed therapist or attorney.

Group Programs and Memberships

Participation in group coaching or membership programs is subject to the specific terms shared at enrollment, including participant conduct expectations and any applicable start and end dates.

Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your services, including appointment reminders and updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Wave Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
